The Tariff Act of 1930, referred to in subsec. (c)(3)(B), is act June 17, 1930, ch. 497, 46 Stat. 590. Subtitle A of title VII of the Act is classified generally to part I (§ 1671 et seq.) of subtitle IV of chapter 4 of Title 19, Customs Duties. Pub. L. 110–234 and Pub. L. 110–246 enacted identical sections. Pub. L. 110–234 was repealed by section 4(a) of Pub. L. 110–246.
