2025—Subsec. (h). Pub. L. 119–60 struck out subsec. (h) which required the interagency committee to submit to the appropriate committees of Congress an annual report describing steps being taken by the committee to counter active measures by Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, or other nation state to exert covert influence.
