Pub. L. 103–382, title V, § 511, Oct. 20, 1994, 108 Stat. 4042, provided that: “This part [part A (§§ 511–518) of title V of Pub. L. 103–382, enacting this subchapter] may be cited as the ‘Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellowship Act of 1994’.”
