Extension of Authorization of Appropriations

Pub. L. 119–74, div. B, title II, § 207, Jan. 23, 2026, 140 Stat. 74, provided that: “Section 9503(f) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (42 U.S.C. 10363(f)) shall be applied by substituting ‘2026’ for ‘2023’.”
