The Public Health Service Act, referred to in subsec. (b)(4), is act July 1, 1944, ch. 373, 58 Stat. 682. Memorandum of President of the United States, Jan. 17, 2023, 88 F.R. 3909, which delegate to the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development the authority under subsec. (b)(2) of this section, was revoked by Ex. Ord. No. 14236, § 2(l), Mar. 14, 2025, 90 F.R. 13038.
