Pub. L. 119–111, div. A, title II, § 203, Sept. 18, 2026, 140 Stat. 1048, provided that: “This division [enacting this chapter and provisions set out as notes under this section] (other than section 201) [amending provisions set out as a note under section 1701 of Title 50, War and National Defense] shall terminate on the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act [Sept. 18, 2026].”

Pub. L. 119–111, div. A, § 1(a), Sept. 18, 2026, 140 Stat. 1026, provided that: “This Act [probably means “this division”, enacting this chapter, enacting provisions set out as notes under this section, and amending provisions set out as a note under section 1701 of Title 50, War and National Defense] may be cited as the ‘Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026’.”

Pub. L. 119–111, div. A, title II, § 202, Sept. 18, 2026, 140 Stat. 1048, provided that: “If any provision of this division [enacting this chapter, enacting provisions set out as notes under this section, and amending provisions set out as a note under section 1701 of Title 50, War and National Defense], or the application of any such provision to any person or circumstance, is held to be unconstitutional, the remainder of the provisions of this division, and the application of those provisions to any other person or circumstance, shall not be affected.”
