Section 201 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, referred to in subsec. (a)(1)(H), probably should be section 101 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, Pub. L. 89–329, which is classified to section 1001 of Title 20, Education, and defines institution of higher education. Section 201 of the Act, which is classified to section 1022 of Title 20, provides the purposes of the Teacher Quality Partnership Grants.
