This title, referred to in subsec. (a), is title I of Pub. L. 106–408, Nov. 1, 2000, 114 Stat. 1762, known as the Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Programs Improvement Act of 2000. The Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act, referred to in subsecs. (c)(4) to (6) and (d)(1), is act Sept. 2, 1937, ch. 899, 50 Stat. 917, also known as the Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act, which is classified generally to this chapter. The Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act, referred to in subsecs. (b), (c), and (d)(1), is act Aug. 9, 1950, ch. 658, 64 Stat. 430, also known as the Federal Aid in Fish Restoration Act and the Fish Restoration and Management Projects Act, which is classified generally to chapter 10B (§ 777 et seq.) of this title. Section 4(d) of the Act was redesignated section 4(b) by Pub. L. 109–59, title X, § 10113(1), Aug. 10, 2005, 119 Stat. 1927, and is classified to section 777c(b) of this title. Codification

Section was enacted as part of the Fish and Wildlife Programs Improvement and National Wildlife Refuge System Centennial Act of 2000, and not as part of the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act which comprises this chapter.
