Extension of Forest Service Participation in Aces Program

Pub. L. 119–75, div. I, § 5003, Feb. 3, 2026, 140 Stat. 629, provided that: “Section 8302(b) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (16 U.S.C. 3851a(b)) shall be applied by substituting ‘October 1, 2026’ for ‘October 1, 2023’.”

Definition of “Secretary”
