Pub. L. 119–101, title VI, § 603(b)(2), July 11, 2026, 140 Stat. 955, provided that: “Not later than 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act [July 11, 2026], the Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency shall issue a rule to carry out the amendment made by this section [probably means this subsection, enacting this section].”
