We note that New York Ruling (NY) J87205, dated September 3, 2003, was issued in response to the portion of your August 15, 2003, letter requesting a binding ruling on the classification of these coveralls. FACTS: The sample, style 547CTX, is a men's coveralls constructed of woven 65 percent polyester, 35 percent cotton fabric.
