Subject: ACE Service Interruption Notification

ACE Trade and CBP users are experiencing problems logging into ACE.  
When the users try to log in, they receive the “Page cannot be displayed” error message.  This issue is only impacting the ACE portal.  E-manifest can still be submitted via EDI.  ACE Helpdesk and ASD members may notice an increase in calls while this issue is occurring.  The ACE Support Team is currently working to resolve the issue and updates will follow as necessary.  Please refer any users to ACE trouble ticket number 3062136 if you receive a call about this issue.
