1. On 12/02/2014, Commerce published in the Federal Register (79 FR 71384) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India (A-533-840-036).

2. We determined that Premier Marine Products Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Premier Marine Products, a part of the Liberty Group of companies (A-533-840-036).

3. Accordingly, for shipments of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/02/2014, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties for Premier Marine Products Private Limited at the current rate for the Liberty Group (i.e., 2.49 percent).

4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued.
